“ Atmospheric interiors. Thoughtful and clever food. Sizeable portions. Reasonable prices. Our experience at Nowa Reforma tickled all the senses and we were FULL at the end. We ate the fried chanterelle and parsley starter (it was a seasonal special), the ‘Maczanka’ bread roll with pulled pork, the 'Kopytka' potato dumplings and the house-made chocolate tart. ”

The restaurant was quiet as it was mid-afternoon but an unusual historic cellar and probably very cost and atmospheric in the evening. Good value for money just off the main tourist area. ”

Not a big problem though, we just walked around while we waited. Aside from the wait, we had a very lovely experience here. The food was stellar - our favorite was their Maczanka sandwich. The pulled pork with the pickled onions and pear was a great combination of flavor. Beer was great. Not to mention the interior and decor was lovely. Seemed like a lot of Hobbit themes. All in all, would recommend! It left me a great impression of polish cuisine. ”

We shared a starter had main courses, wine, and mulled wine. Hardest part of the night was finding the restaurant, it is under Chimera. ”
